Happy Sunday. We just wanted to say thank you again. So many of you have joined us on our White Ash spin-off Glarien campaign, making it by far our most successful one yet. If you haven't had a chance to check it out, and you wanted to, this is your gentle reminder that the campaign ENDS in about 70 hours.

As for Aleck, Lillian, Katlyn, Thane and the rest of the bunch, they'll be back this Summer. Look for our next White Ash Proper campaign sometime in mid-June to early July.

We really want to thank you again. Kickstarter's internal metics show us how many of you have come on on board to make Glarien such a huge success right out of the gate. Glarien continues to be a juggernaut of a campaign. We've already shattered our first 4 stretch goals and there's no sign of slowing down. If you haven't gotten a chance to check it out and see some of Romina's beautiful panels...
Go take a gander. Conor and Fin set a really high bar when it comes to White Ash art. But Romina for sure is giving them a run for their money.
We also wanted to give you a quick heads up today. For any of you who backed The Adept last spring, there's a new project from Immortal Studios, set in the same universe that's scheduled to launch on Monday. Chronicles of the Immortal Swordsmen #1
I'm (Charlie) serving as consulting editor for the project... making sure it expands on the world we're creating with the Adept. Immortal is going to have some early-bird specials, so if you liked The Adept, I'd click on this link and make sure you're notified when they go live

Hi White Ashians,
I'm so excited. We're close now, very close. Just 6 days till the Kickstarter for the new Glarien mini-series launches (Monday, the 22nd, 9 am PST). The pages that I've been getting in from Romina are just stunning. I can't wait to show you the world of Alfheim through her eyes. Prepare to be blown away.
But part of the fun of Glarien is that it's a story of two worlds. And today I want to give you an exclusive peek at Conor Hughes' 1970's NYC/ Rachel-centric, variant cover.
I just love this haunting image.
I do want to reiterate, Glarien is a more MATURE book (think 90's Vertigo). White Ash follows Aleck and Lillian, two PG-13 characters in an R-rated world. Glarien is an R-Rated character... in an R-rated world. And as such, to appropriately tell that story, there are themes that are intrinsic to her character that need to be explored.
To that end, there will be an epic, 15 page preview on the campaign page, so you can get a good idea of what Glarien is all about. If you've enjoyed White Ash, I think you're really going to love seeing some of the lore and history that lurks in the background. But we always want to be open and transparent with our Kickstarter backers.
If you haven't signed up at our LAUNCH PAGE yet, make sure you do so you'll be notified when we go live. A lot of the rewards are limited and there are a bunch of discounts for day one backers that you won't want to miss out on.
Speaking of missing out, there are only 40 hours left to back Jason Inman's Super Best Friend #1
Jason is the Co-writer of Jupiter Jet, the author of Super Soldiers and one of the all-around, most supportive comic creators out there. He and his wife Ashley have been huge supporters of White Ash, and our creative team. We're always happy to return the favor.
This is an incredibly fun looking-book about a sidekick who has to become the hero. You can tell it's a story that Jason has put his heart into. For me, this is one of those projects where you want to support the creator as much as the book. But either way, you definitely want to check this out.
